TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL INFO

• You are purchasing a digital file. Once the full-resolution file (around A4 size at 300 dpi) is sent to you, please save it as I will not be responsible for storing it. 

• Prices listed are base prices and for personal use only, please contact me for more information about commercial commissions. 

• Detailed characters and backgrounds may cost more. Parts of the character's design may be cropped out for composition purposes. 

• The artist reserves the right to discern which commissions to post on their social media. 

ART USAGE AND RIGHTS

• You may use your artwork in any non-profit manner whilst giving credit to me (reposting on your social media, using it as your profile picture, etc).

• You are not allowed to use my work for training AI or anything related to NFTs. 

• Do not claim the finished artwork as your own or edit it and make profit off it. 

• I hold the right to post the artwork online, along with other WIPs. There will be a fee for keeping the commission private.

• All rights to the artwork are reserved; there will be a fee for acquiring the rights to the artwork if necessary.  

PAYMENT & REFUNDS​

• Prices are listed in USD and payment will be made through an invoice that I send on PayPal. Payment plans are possible if the total cost is over $500 USD; contact me for more information. 

• Otherwise, payment must be made upfront before working on the commission. 

• Prices are subject to change at any time. 

• A request for a refund may be allowed if the commission has not been started yet, Otherwise, there will be no refunds unless initiated by the artist due to unusual circumstances. 

WORKFLOW​

• Generally, commissions are finished within 2-6 weeks after receiving payment except for more complicated requests. There will be rush fees for deadlines if you are the one to reach out to me first. 

• Payment is sent upfront via a PayPal invoice that I will send to your PayPal address.

• After payment is confirmed, I will begin on a rough sketch with colors and then send it to see if there are any problems/anything you want to change. 

• For regular commissions, major revisions can be made at the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved, there will be no more major revisions. The final product is allowed minor edits and fixes. 

• After approval, I will continue working on the commission until it is finished. I tend to not give any updates until I have completed your commission, but feel free to message me if you'd like an update! 

• I am allowed to cancel the commission at any time in the case of an emergency, in which I will provide a full refund. 

CAN/CANNOT

• I generally accept NSFW as long as it is not too extreme. 

• Anthro, mecha, or anything that is not within the artist's ability is likely to not be accepted. The artist reserves the right to decline the commission.
